Common Resident Complaints

As we continue to maintain and improve the shared elements of our community, we want to bring attention to a few important issues that have been raised recently. Following are the most frequently reported “Incident” items along with tips to comply.

Bathroom Not Being Locked - For safety and security reasons, please ensure that the pool bathroom is properly locked when not in use. This simple action helps maintain the safety of the community and prevents any unwanted access to the facilities.

Walking on the Golf Course After 6:30 AM - The BTCC golf course is a beautiful visual attribute for the community, and we kindly remind everyone to avoid walking on the course after 6:30 AM. This ensures that golfers can enjoy their game without distractions and also protects the landscaping. It also ensures compliance with BTCC management. Please avoid fairways, tee boxes, greens, and sand traps.

Garage Garage Doors Left Open and Vehicles Parked in Driveways - There have been concerns regarding garage doors being left open, as well as vehicles, including vendor vehicles, being parked in driveways. Please ensure that garage doors are closed when not in use and vehicles are only parked in driveways while actively loading or unloading. This helps keep the neighborhood looking tidy and reduces clutter.

Speeding - Several reports of speeding in the community have been received. Please be mindful of the posted speed limits, as speeding can be dangerous for both pedestrians and other drivers. Let’s all do our part to keep our street safe for everyone.

Trash Containers Left Out - Trash containers should not be put out before 6:30 PM or left out after 6:30 PM. There have been complaints about bulk items, like furniture or large debris being left in driveways. This can create unnecessary clutter and disrupt the appearance of the neighborhood. Please note the changes communicated by the Sanitation department regarding items left outside of approved containers.

Thank you for your attention to these matters and for helping make our community a wonderful place to live. If you have any questions or concerns, let’s connect. We will continue working together to keep our neighborhood a great place for all.

Warm regards,

Board of Directors
