Pool out of commission
The community pool and bathroom facility were severely damaged in the storm. The pool and bathroom are closed. There is no estimated date of operation at this time.
Rolling blackouts in effect
The community is facing 120 consecutive hours of temperatures below freezing with temperatures predicted to be as low as 7º F on Monday and Tuesday. ERCOT has reported that there isn't enough power to fully serve Texas
Water main break in roadway
The 8-inch water main under the central drive in the community burst on February 7, 2021 in the areas near 5130-32 Westgrove.
Water main negotiations
The Association has entered into talks with the civil engineers hired by the City of Dallas and responsible for creating the project plan and construction bid package for a new community water main.
